UN conducted a survey. 

The question was: "Please give your honest opinion about
the shortage of food in the rest of the world ."

The survey was a failure because:

In Africa, the people did not know what "food" was

In China, they did not know what opinion was.

In Europe, they did not know what shortage was.

In Pakistan they did not know what honesty meant.

Saudi Arabia did not know what "please" meant.

And

America did not know what "the rest of the world" meant. . .
